    Does not work out of the box--at all. It powers up but when you go to start a drying cycle it will count down but not spin--at all. I called Samsung and they have sent technicians out here twice now and it still doesn't work and now Best Buy is saying it's non-returnable.

    Leaking out of the door after 18 months. Very disappointed. Cannot use the $250 pedestal underneath because water pools in it.

    Item came with a broken heating element. Best Buy’s said they would replace it, but that I had to wait 6 weeks to get a new one delivered.

    I would not recommend this machine

    I had this machine 3 months.It worked very well until v it leaked from the bottom and flooded my laundry room. Service could not get the parts to fix it. After hours on the phone Samsung authorized an exchange for a new machine.

    The touch pad on the front is very sensitive and if you accidentally touch it when the machine is running it turns the machine off and you have to start your wash completely over, there is on way to pause the cycle and restart it. Not easy to use. I returned it.

    I love this washer. It fits perfect where I wanted it and it looks great. It is so easy to work and it washes everything very well. I love the spinning cycle. My clothes are almost dry by the time everything is done. The price was the best part. Very reasonable.

    Came in with no dryer heat

    Samsung dryer delivered didn't have heating. I am surprised they sell such trash. Pretty disappointed. Who wants to go through this painful order and return nonsense. Frankly Samsung has been not that reliable.

    Inefficient and Not Drying

    We have to run the dryer numerous times per load to achieve “dry.” This includes running the dryness sensor, timed dry and other functions.

    Leaks water out of front door and back exhaust vent. Moister sensor could be the issue, takes longer to dry your clothes when the dryer thinks that the clothes are still wet. I need to call Samsung on this issue, it’s not Best Buy’s fault.

    Broke within 8 months

    Washer broke within 8 months. Took samsung 2 months to get tech out to tell me no parts available, another 1 month to get approved for replacement. Went to best buy with replacement authorization number and got new washer. Another month to deliver washer thou. August to dec no washer.

    Be wary of purchasing

    Only had it barely 17 months and the dryer stopped heating already. Warranty was only a year, so we are on our own for the repair costs. Samsung should stand behind their products for longer than a year.

    Only one of the cycles (Time Dry) worked on this new dryer since the first time I used it. I've been to busy to travel to Best Buy to complain, so I just have been dealing with it. I bought the matching washer and it works great.
