I love this washer - is seems to be the correct size for how I do laundry. Items are spun very dry so drying time seems to be shorter. I like the bigger soap dispenser -and better information on how much I should be using for each load. Even my comforter had room to tumble. Very easy to use controls - more information for each load type. Very happy with my purchase.

So far the past 3 weeks, this washer has been the most quietest washer we've used. Its getting our clothes clean and is super efficient. I've even noticed a difference in my water bill!

This is a nice machine, seems well built, and is extremely quiet. But Samsung and Best Buy need to get their act together about packaging. It came wrapped in styrofoam and plastic. What's wrong with cardboard?? I'd happily pay a few dollars more for environmentally friendly packaging. To be using styrofoam and plastic in this day and age is ignorant and irresponsible. I give the washer 5 stars but BB and Samsung get a goose egg for contributing to the current environmental disaster.

Love this dryer! The noise is minimal, can barely hear it while drying, the only issue is the door, it is a little hard to open. The room is spacious, dries the clothes evenly, I have 4 children and I can get laundry done in half the time my old manual dryer used to take.

I ordered new appliances in January, the washer and dryer were delivered in April, the fridge is still on back order. I like the washer and matching dryer set, i have them stacked in my kitchen. They are quiet and efficient. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for new appliance who needs a warranty, delivery, haul away, and installation due to not having a truck.

Love this washer!! It totally cleans the clothes as well as being quiet during the wash. It even has a little ring once the load is completed.

Very great dryer. Very quiet and easy to use. Have had for about 6 months so far and still going great! Only complaint is the moisture sensor tends to say the clothes are dry when the waistbands are still damp so I always end up using timed dry.

This washer is awesome. It gets clothes so clean and it’s quiet also. I have the matching dryer too. Anyone who is searching for sets needs to go to Best Buy. Because you will get more bang for your buck with this set

Nice large capacity, and I like the multiple and flexible settings including "presoak". It has braille on the control panel. Door flings open fast and hard when you open it and is difficult to close.. perhaps an adjustment that can be doneif I dig in the manual. Wish the installer would have noticed that. It gets stinky - even if you are using it daily. This did not happen with my old Samsung Frontloader (which I had for 9 years). Good thing it has the washer clean mode on it - but I hate to have to waste time and water running that! I don't think there is a way to turn the end of cycle alarm off so if you get it going before bed it might wake you up. I don't like to have to hold the button down to start it (vs just pressing it) I am sure there is a safety reason for that. I had to replace my old Samsung Dryer a year ago and this new washer does not match! It would be nice if the styling was somewhat consistent from year to hear. But - it works, and seems to get things clean!

Very nice design and easy to use. Good for large loads of laundry. I can finally dry my blankets at home!

Got this to replace my old washer that broke down a few weeks after its warranty ended. So far it's been working as intended, washes clothes, not too loud, plays a sound after it's done. Overall good washer.

It's was the cheapest one. But the system wasn't cheap at all. It handles very heavy loads and provides a lot of features that makes custom loads possible. I love it gives the exact time it will finish. An super efficient with water and making sure it's evenly washed. It can even handle thick blankets and pillows.

Dries faster than our old one. That was a pleasant surprise! Look, the cost is ridiculous no matter what you buy. This one is on the cheaper side and it works great....for now. Yes, they all break at some point and I don't remember ever getting a new washer, dryer, phone, etc. as a kid because nothing broke down like stuff does now. But if you have to spend some cash on a dryer, this is a good choice.

This dryer works great. It is essential to have a good dryer for a family of 6.
