This is my first experience with a front load dryer (and washer) like these. I stacked mine with the matching washer from Samsung and so far really love it. It was a little difficult to stack it but my husband and I managed to do it ourselves and I’m not particularly strong. The only complaint I’d have about it is that you cannot control the temperature (according to the manual and what I’ve found using it so far) unless you have it on “timed dry” and then you can specify how hot or cool you want it. Otherwise you’re choosing a setting that’ll select its own temp setting which are not suggested but set. It also has an extremely long end song. Like well over a Minute. You can turn it off but I just wish I could select a shorter song. At least it’s chipper.

Dryer is really good it dries clothes in very less time. Even thick ones like jeans and blankets dry very quickly. There is very wrinkles on clothes unlike other dryers. Sensor dry option is very practical and saves time and over heating the dryer and clothes.

I love my new Samsung dryer. I was so excited when I saw it on sale. I always wanted this brand and style. When my old outdated dryer went partially out I immediately searched online at Best Buy and added it to my cart. I’m so happy and pleased for delivery service availability in my area. The workers arrived within window time and installed it. Thank you Best Buy for having my item in stock in store and always being there for my family.

Very quiet I like it so far hope will last then my previous dryer as same brand

I love my new set, there are so many dry settings. The dryer is very quite and completes a load fast.

Our dryer broke and didn’t think it was worth fixing it, so decided to go with this model. So far it’s working very well. The only downside is the lent is kind of hard to clean out. You have to run it under water to clean out all the lent. Other than that it does exactly what you would expect from a Samsung dryer.

This is very good electric dryer I've been using it for about a month or two. Love it and will see how long it lasts

I bought the stackable set, electric. When stacked, these units are very tall. The dryer buttons are 6' 6" from the floor. I had to buy a step stool for my wife to operate it. She's 5' 3" tall. This next part you need to be aware of, the electrical connection is at the top of the washer. If your receptacle is attached to your baseboard, you will need an 8-foot appliance cord to fit comfortably. Good luck finding one. I had to buy 10/3 braided appliance wire and a plug to make one. This dryer is quiet and very sleek looking. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new one

I love this wash machine, not only its a great brand( Samsung) it also has many features that you can choose to wash the clothes, the noise that makess when the clothes are done are not to loud like orher wash machines I have used in the past. I think that the price was reasonable comparing the prices i got before. The delivery times are great too eventhough i wanted sooner because I really needed the wash machine urgently.

This dryer is easy to use. It dry clothes wrinkle free with selected setting. It has so many great features. It has an alarm to alert you with clothes are finished. Worth every penny!

Item seems to work fine but sold as supposedly like-new excellent condition when item was actually anything but. Scrapes and scuffs on the front which were concealed by bubble wrap which I unfortunately didn't remove until dryer was in its final install location. Called customer service to get some help their only solution was to have me return the item. Didn't feel like going through all the aggravation so just learned to live with the imperfection. Lesson learned.

Upgraded our 23 year old washer and dryer. Super sleek set. Has a stackable option if we ever need it. Lots of options for drying. I do wish you could change the sound when load is done, it plays an entire song!

Smooth sailing. After working with a 15 year old washer / dryer, it's amazing to see the differences. Loads dry much faster. Although it doesn't have the bells and whistles of coming with an app, it gets the job done. If my washer / dryer was exposed (not behind a closet or door), I would have gotten the silver or other color because the white just looks plain. But for our purposes, only we will see it and it gets the job done. I'm short and I have to step on my toes to reach the dryer, but that's not a big deal to me. It took a little getting used to the buttons (not push buttons, just hold for start for example) but it's fine.
