The end of cycle is audible, but not too loud. There is no cycle for towels, and no recommended setting to dry towels. The lint filter is located conveniently near the door, but to clean the filter , I have to use a screwdriver to pry it open,

It's slightly more quiet than our original Samsung dryer, but it seems that we need to set a longer drying time in order to fully dry a load of laundry.

Fast, efficient and they are smart units, you can connect your phone to the units and monitor and change settings. Price was way better than local vendors which was a surprise. 5 star, definitely will purchase again

Best Dryer Ever!

We had smaller stackable washer and dryer and the dryer had limited space and took multiple cycles to dry. This one is much bigger, stacks with the Samsung washer that we also bought and dries everything in once cycle, plus we can fit king size blankets/comforters in it.

Clothes Dryer Experience

Also from Best Buy. The new dryer is great. The whole Intent was to save a few bucks with the open box dryer but that turned into a nightmare because Best Buy never investigated why the dryer was returned in the first place.
