Both washer and dryer works perfectly, does so much and would recommend this product to anyone and Best Buy had great customer service

Works great. It has a lot of space. Doesn't take that long to dry clothes or even bedding. No issues with it.

It does a nice job on the family laundry, steam is also a nice option on taking and extra wrinkles.

I purchased this in combination with the matching washer, which is model WF45K6500AV. For the most part it is a good dryer. However, I'm not sure if Samsung knows what dry means. There are buttons on it to select Damp Dry, Less Dry, Normal Dry, More Dry, and Very Dry. I honestly didn't think there were this many levels of dry. You buy a dryer and you want dry clothes. I started out with dry and my pants and shorts still had wet pockets and waist bands. Doesn't sound like a normal dry to me. More dry was similar and Very dry actually gets the clothes dry. I'm hesitant in trusting the product 100% if I have to continue to push the setting to the highest in order to get things dry. Time will tell. I also purchased an extended warranty should it burn out too soon. The product is definitely much more quiet than my old GE dryer so there's a plus. I also like the chime sound. It goes a little long but at least it's not crazy loud like my old GE was. As far as the steam settings go, I have only used it one time. Much like the Normal Dry setting, count on whatever you put in there coming out a little damp and then having to manually dry it for at least 10 minutes more. This dryer has a lot of features and they will probably just take a little trial and error before I can operate it according to how I like my clothes coming out.

I bought this with the washer at the same time. Love them both. It's quiet and easy to use. We put them on pedestals so they are high and there's no need for me to bend over - good for the arthritis. I don't like the efficiency cycles that run twice as long. Maybe they use less electricity but I kind of doubt it. I dry everything in a timed setting of 30 or 40 minutes. It's all dry by then. Energy efficient cycle is 1 hour and 15 minutes? Huh? Guess I don't understand the science there. Also the lint catcher is a closed latch that needs to be opened. Don't like it. It can be difficult to open for my weak hands to pry open and I can see that the plastic hinge will eventually break, it's inevitable. Why not a simple lint catcher that just pulls out and is one 'sheet' that can quickly be cleaned and returned. Why something that has to be opened? Overall I still love this dryer though. Fix those things and it's perfect.

Great dryer very large. I don’t recommend drying large comforters takes forever to dry.

I purchased the set with the Washer and both are really great, work smoothly, and look very nice.

Love the dryer, is quiet and drye clothes well. It doesnt leave the clothes static.

Replaced Electrolux units and these hand down are much better then the Electrolux. Love them.

Noah, our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful when we first picked out our products. They came on time and delivered professionally and safely. We've had Samsung before and if found it'll be a good product that was a little disappointing that when we did have a problem, although it was 10 years that we owned it, they no longer manufactured the parts. So far the products in the short time that we've owned them have worked well and done a good job

So far this is a great machine. I love playing with it and trying to figure out all the features that it offers.

Love it my king size comforters fit nice in this dryer. Now I don't have to go to the laundry mat to dry my king size comforters

Dryer is very efficient and it is a smart dryer so it won't over dry your clothes

Love this dryer doesnt make alot of noise, easy to clean. All the settings are very straight forward!

I am very impressed with the the new Samsung machine. As I've never had a front loader it is somewhat of an adjustment. But that being said, the loads can be larger. I washed my very large pillows without a hitch, which I could not do with my other washer. I must say but I did get it on sale and as such a bargain but full price might be something that you might not want to consider.

Samsung makes great a dryer. This one works like a dream. Both my wife and I enjoy using this product. Glad we bought this

My clothes come out perfectly dry withoit the overcooked feeling. Haven't tried the steam option but im sure its works great.

We are a family of 3 with King sized bedding and lots of sports. This dryer fits the bedding perfectly and dries quickly!

Great upgraded from our 15 year old Kenmore. Still figuring out all the various settings so may be helpful at some point to read the manual :-0
