Now the bad news: Our 12 year old LG took 2-3 drying cycles to get the clothes dry...This takes 1 cycle and because of that we have a lot of clean clothes in baskets because we are not used to a dryer being so efficient....we cant keep up....lol

Just be aware, bringing this thing into the room where it needs to be installed is not a one man job! However, installation was very easy and straightforward. The dryer is so quiet and dries the clothes well. I did not like the melody it plays at the end of the dry cycle but it is okay :) I also purchased matching washer.
