I didn't have a problem until about 2 days before the warranty was over. The door would not latch and stay closed. e just made it under the wire to get it fixed but that was too close for comfort. We do not have kids just adults opening and closing the doors so I would be careful not to slam the door.

Very user friendly and gets the job done very smoothly. As a side note if anyone was wondering, no, the light in the display picture is only for show it does not actually stay on while in use.

I've had a couple times where the clothes were slightly under dry, but this can be easily remedied with doing a timed cycle. The wrinkle release works well, however if you try to pull your items out early, the steam can cause them to feel damp. Overall, this was a great purchase!

TO YOUR DRYING TIME BUT IF THAT DOESN'T BOTHER YOU THEN THATS FINE . LIKE ALWAYS LOTS OF OPTIONS WE DONT NEED BUT I LOVE THE COLOR AND THE DOOR FEELS STURDY , THE NEW LINT CATCHER IS BETTER ITS LIKE A CAGE SO IT TRAPS MORE . THE NEG. IS THE 30 MIN. ON DRYING BUT THATS THE PRICE WE PAY TO SAVE MONEY ON THE ELECTRIC BILL

My old dryer’s filter was much easier to remove as it was a single filter where this one closes and is inserted. My old dryer also had a towel setting which this one doesn’t. Overall I am satisfied with this dryer just liked those features on old dryer.

The washer and dryer function great as normal high end washer and dryers do, but you won't get the smart functions without purchasing separate USBs that are very hard to come across.

Unfortunately when it's in eco dry it takes multiple attempts to get fully dry. There is times where the dryer appears that the load is dry and when we open the lid we realize only half is dry. We stopped using the eco dry portion and it has saved time of drying.
