this is the best dryer i've ever owned! We use the steam feature all the time! One thing to note, though, there is a cold-water hose that comes with the dryer - our installers did not hook it up, but it NEEDS to be hooked up if you want to use the steam feature - very nice dryer

We bought the Samsung washer and dryer about a month ago. We are very happy that we did. The dryer takes less time to dry than my old one did and the clothes come out less wrinkled. I also see a big difference in the sheets that have been dried using the steam function! Great dryer!

I bought this dryer due to the salesman recomendation. I have to report that i am very happy with my purchase. The steam sanitize cycles are amazing and clothes come out virtually wrinkle free. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because you have to buy the wifi module separate. Really samsung?

I bought this with the similar washer and they have been great. Probably the greatest new feature we have not had before was the steam cycles. We have use it a lot to quickly get wrinkles out of clothes.

We bought this to replace our much older dryer, now paired up with a new Samsumg washer.So far we've been very pleased, and the steam option is great. The only thing we've haven't figured out with all the settings is how to get heavier items, like blankets/comforters to dry thoroughly. The sensors might not be sensitive enough, as we've started using timed dry for those because if not the sensors signal it's dry and end cycle, but it's still damp in the middle. I will say, they are very thick faux-fur comforters, so I'm not bothered by that, they're a challenge to do in any dryer.

First things first the two delivery guys were kind courteous and efficient install Went great..nkw for the dryer..I love it!! Very quiet and dries quickly. The various Cycles are wonderful just what I needed!

Overall great product, easy set up. Purchased this item when it was on sale.I felt the drying time was a little longer than on my old Samsung dryer. Only part that was frustrating is that you had to purchase a separate steam kit for $30.

Its an expensive washing machine that washes clothes very well while looking good doing what it was made for. The black stainless steal looks nice and the build quality is great. It is NOT a finger print magnet. What else is there to say?

Very pleased with effectiveness of dryer. Drying time is approximately 50% of my older dryer. Excellent compliment to my Samsung Washer.

Love Samsung. This is our 2nd dryer due to moving. Loved our first one, had to buy the newest one. Great features and easy to use.

More dryer than I really need...but technology keeps moving even ordinary items forward. Does what it is supposed to. Installation team was professional and on time. What more can you ask for?

I've already posted about the washer, and those same comments go with the Dryer as well. I'll admit my only problem with the pair is a very long song that plays when the cycle completes. The good - you couldn't possibly miss that fact that it's done!

This dryer is wonderful. Clothes dry fast and it's large capacity is perfect for families! It's easy to use and has lots of settings for all kinds of needs.

This dries great, and it's quiet. My delicates are holding up well, great machine. I've recommended it to others. Auto sense is brilliant, but some materials trip the sensor early

I was really liking the dryer but it was a scratch & dent and made it through only one load. I had to return it. They said it was the heating element. Heard this a problem with these dryers?! We'll see what happens with the new one.

this machine works great and has nice features. however, i had it stacked on top of the washer and it can but it is too high to change the controls without getting on a stepstool.
