I would give it 5 of 5 but the vent does take a bit of extra finesse to have the vent blockage not pop back on every time its used. Overall though, great dryer.

I like these steam dryers. No more wrinkles but, I do worry with all these electronic features, more to go wrong? My last whirlpool had a damp sensor which malfunctioned and ran all day. Makes me worry about energy and burning the house down. Salesman needs to specify the sizes and clearance of these machines on the sales floor. Got home and it doesn’t fit where my existing front load is. It is deeper but, Capasity was the same?

Works great. Drying time is fast. Clothes come out great and no wrinkles. A little tall to see the controls when stacked on the washer but not a problem.

We love this dryer as it is a big step up. I haven’t used all the feature on this dryer but overall does a great job! I paid extra for the steam dry feature but can say I have yet to use it. My only complaint is you are forced to by the pedestal as front loaders are so low. I didn’t budge and I will attempt to build my own platform for a fraction of the price.

Easy to use with so many drying cycles to choose from. Really like the steam "wrinkle free" for taking wrinkles out of clothes that do not need washing.

The pair we purchased is great and cuts our laundry tasks in half compared to old models we had. I really love the steam function!

Have to double dry things sometimes. Also with bedding I dry it and it still wet, I try again and it beeps 1 min later saying its dry and it isn't. Delivery guys were jerks.

The steam function on this dryer is a lifesaver. Install was easy and all parts needed are included minus the power cable.

I just got this delivered this week and have used a few times. It's very nice looking and easy to use. It dries well and doesn't take as much time as my prior dryer. Happy so far!

Old one went after years of service. Good looking and I got a nice deal on a floor model. So impressed I purchased the matching washer.

this dryer is huge! the only thing I have noticed is when a heavy load is in it, it will make a little noise until it isn't as heavy. other than that this is a great dryer.

I got this dryer during Black Friday and I got to say I’m impressed. This purchase was an upgrade over my old Whirlpool dryer and I couldn’t be happier.

we had a samsung dryer fit 8 years previously, this one is much quieter. still haven’t figured out all the different cycles, but it has worked very well. in our previous dryer we had issues with the lint filter warping & shredding clothes; this new one has a totally different & better designed to prevent this. happy about that. hopefully we get more than 8 years with this one.

I love the steam feature. It also dries my clothes faster than any other dryer I have ever had.

Does a great job drying and the steam feature works well. Only thing I don’t like is it can take awhile to dry cloths and the door has a rubber gasket that collects lint that is hard to get off.

Looks great along side the matching washing machine. Quiet and efficient.

I had a samsung for 10 years but moved to another house and purchased samsung again. Would not try different brand. I love Samsung
