Leaving the dryness at default settings, it leaves just enough moisture in the clothes to prevent static. We only use three settings - heavy duty for bedding, normal for almost everything, and Normal Eco for the kids clothes to prevent stains from setting it we miss something.

I have only had it for a few weeks and have no complaints so far. I bought it as an open box item other than a few small cosmetic marks on the sides nothing is wrong with this washer. The washer is easy to use and is many times better than my old washer

I don’t like the flat top where things can fall back behind the dryer so easily. When I use the de-wrinkle option, it feels like the clothes have been steamed and are moist. I definitely would not buy this from Best Buy as their customer service is terrible and their setup & delivery was even worse.

The first time I received my replacement dryer it had a big dint on right side. The second time my dryer was even on the truck for delivery, I had an appointment. I am going to make another appointment and maybe I get my replacement dryer.
