I have been waiting for my replacement dryer for about three months. The first time I received my replacement dryer it had a big dint on right side. The second time my dryer was even on the truck for delivery, I had an appointment. I am going to make another appointment and maybe I get my replacement dryer.

I really do not like the Samsung Dryer. For the majority of the time the clothes comes out moist. I never had this issue before with my other dryer. Now I have to adjust the time and increase the drying time to make sure all items are dry. It is an inconvenience. I would definitely get another dryer.

I am happy with this dryer. It was able to dry 3 comforters at one time.

It's worth to buy. Less noisy. Steam works good. D

This dryer steam setting is awesome! So easy to use and the music is a plus.

I am unable to provide a valid review of my purchased items as they are on back-order for another month. I now have no way to launder my clothing as the laundry facilities in the apartment complex have been closed due to COVID19. I will now have to seek out a laundromat in the area and waste time there.

I've only had my dryer for about 3 weeks so I still haven't utilized all of the features this dryer offers. The dryer is very quiet which I love. My previous dryer had to run two cycles in order to fully dry clothes but that has not been an issue at all. The clothes are dry every time. Loving this dryer so far!

My whole house has Samsung appliances and I love them, so I decided to get this dryer (washer) set to replace my 10 year old Whirlpool set. Also it was to match my kitchen appliances since I love the black stainless steel look. I was super excited to get this new set that had all the bells and whistles and new technology. Having used this set for over a month now, I am extremely disappointed in this dryer/set. The dryer does not properly dry the clothes. I put in 3 new dry white t shirts to get the wrinkles out using the “Wrinkle Away” and ran it the whole time and when I opened it, the shirts were clumped together and warm sopping wet. These were professionally installed by Best Buy. I wish I had my 10 year old set back cause this was an expensive disappointment.

This is the first dryer ive owned. Dryer is not loud at all. Not nearly as bad as shared dryers I've tried in the past. The clothes come out without dampness or that feeling of coming out of an oven. Im used to dryers making the load of clothes feeling evenly dried; where some are dry and others are damp.

I haven’t owned this dryer too long, but so far it seems to be a nice dryer. We previously owned a Samsung dryer, which we liked, until a Samsung repairman deemed it “beyond economical repair” (after only owning ~6 years). Hears to better-luck-this-time?

Works great as a dryer, but smart features and supported app are terrible.

I bought this washer and dryer combo from Samsung because it got pretty good reviews and Samsung had a rebate plan for spending over 1500 dollars on a single purchase. I bought the two and they were slated to be installed the following week. When they arrived the washer was broken and had to be returned. When I returned the washer I asked the cleark if I needed to return and purchase both so I could still qualify for the promotion, she said it would be no problem. They installed the washer and dryer and I sent in my rebate. Samsung instantly rejected saying the items had to be on the same receipt. I called them numerous times and never spoke to someone who spoke English as a primary language, they just kept reading from the script. I sent them what they asked for via email and they denied the rebate. I have had no problem with LG and would recommend them to a friend. Samsung is terrible.

We bought this to replace a 15 yr old dryer, and as you would expect, there is a world of difference! A huge number of drying options, plus a custom setting if those aren't quite right. I haven't tried the steam setting yet, but I am excited to try it. I know--excited about a dryer:) !

It’s beautiful and it works well. I just don’t like the eco mode or whatever it’s called, that tends to leave my clothes wet. I like that I could save my cycle preference, I just have to remember to change it to it.

We bought this because it is able to be turned into a smart washer however it won’t stay connected so we no longer get alerts when it is done. It is also super heave so we wanted to put a pedestal on later but no one can get the washer up.

This is a great dryer and buying it from BBY is having value for the money. I have got all my appliances from BBY and have never had any issues with them. Also the BBY price match is the best thing any retailer can give which gives customer a sense of relief for "Did I over pay? No worries, get a match" Thanks

Samsung would not fix the issue under warranty for a failure at 13 months on their 12 month warranty. officially, they do not have to fix the issue ... the 12 months is in print. But are you kidding me? Loud squeaking at 13 months - it is the failure of the rollers. A simple fix but time consuming from my end and i already have a full time job. Oh geez, if this was my company, i would be embarrassed by the issue and would have fixed it for the customer and apologized to them for the inconvenience ... no matter the 12 month warranty in print. Congratulations Samsung on your 1 star for your terrible product reliability and your horrible service support.

I purchased all new appliances for my new home, and they are all Samsung. The washer and dryer work so well, and both have steam cycles. I also purchased the pedestals for them, which makes space for storage of laundry products.

I loved my precious Samsung washer and dryer set, but had to leave them at our previous home. Found these on a killer deal, so I had to purchase. These are outstanding! I could not have asked for a better price or quality.
