We have a brand new house, and they damaged our floor upon install. Had to file a warranty claim, weeks ago, and still haven’t heard anything.

My heavy towels dry twice or more as quick as my old dryer. I also like the fact that my electricity is kept lower.

I have found them to be very reliable and do a good job cleaning. The only thing I don't like as much as my older units is the lint basket. It is a bit awkward in design and use.

Samsung is very poor in picking call for any customer support and we still can't connect to Wifi in order to use it as a Smart device.

My clothes looks fresh and new all time. Remember while choosing this one. This is not fully smart. It becomes smart if you buy a additional smart usb extender.

I loaded multiple loads and was dried at the first run. I did not five it five stars because I am still trying it out. You can go ahead and buy this dryer.

But, it senses the dried clothing really well. Also, I'm not sure why or how, but my sheets don't get all knotted and balled up like they used to with my old dryer.

Samsung dryers are generally very quiet. Many of the sounds are normal or can be fixed with little effort. Nearly every sound the dryer makes will fall into one of four main categories: rattling, thumping, squealing or grinding, or humming. Pick the closest sound to the one you're hearing so you can do the correct troubleshooting steps for your issue.

If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. Wrinkle free steam cycle!

I haven't used steam for much else than purging wrinkles from my dress shirts and for bedding. I'm sure my iron is feeling a little neglected though.

In the recent days we were drying our cloth and we heard a rumbling noise and smelled to burned rubber. I guess is the drive belt that went bad. Warranty only last for 1 year. Most cheap dryers keep up for 4 or 5 years, this Samsung top of the line dryer only lasted 2 years, Junk
