In addition to the normal uses, I use the refresh and steam sanitize features to clean my dog’s bed once a week and it smells brand new. The wool feature is great as well.

Very good dryer. The dyer also has sensor drying and sometimes can be annoying. Apart from that everything looks great.

First machine that was delivered was defective. When using the steam cycle, the drum had 2 inches of water left in the drum. Best Buy replaced. I had purchased a five year warranty.

It was so simple to hook up and any code that came up when running for the first time is easy to Google to figure out the water was not turned back on after hookup!

Great dryer had no issues during hook up and drying Tim is way better than before can do a full load in a hour.

The dryer takes several cycles to dry clothes. The steam cycles don’t generate enough heat to actually create steam so the clothes just get wet. Put a dry t-shirt in on de-wrinkle and It comes out sopping wet...so wet it has to be wrung out. Samsung sent a repair tech out who said the dryer is performing as designed. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s outside the 14-day return on appliances. I’m stuck with an expensive dryer that doesn’t work.

This is the best dryer I’ve had. The very dryer cycle takes less time then the normal and I know my closes are dry. Very dependable

EVerything is great except the smart options that came with the dryer do not work

Not only does it dry clothes very well but it sanitizes, freshens and removes wrinkles via steam. A very versatile machine.

Most people worry about the height and width of machines--be careful about the depth of this one! We had to move the hinges on our laundry room doors to make it fit!

Fantastic washer. I do recommend a warranty for peace of mind but hopefully you won’t need it!
