Broken

Was told by geek squad technician that he had "never seen it before". Replaced engine, then it still made noise after a few days of being fine. I purchased the geek squad protection and made bestbuy send me a new one without using my protection because this was a joke. Hopefully new machine functions properly, as the features are great. However, it doesn't matter if the machine is broken. BUY GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION.
