Some might call this a coincidence, we call it bad manufacturing. We can only get it to dry on "timed drying". The other options for drying fail miserably. As soon as we receive the call to set up service on the washer, we will also request service on the dryer. Just call me unhappy in Cleveland.

Posted .Hi TheMrs, I wish you didn't have to go through this situation, and I'd like to give you a hand. Before setting up for service, you could try these steps here https://bit.ly/2KpyeMI (page 57), "Does not heat" and "Does not dry" sections that should help you correct these symptoms.

Seem a little bit harsh for the clothes. More problem with installation process, the house have a oval tube and the kit we bought with the dryer dose not contain the adapter. Need to go to Lowes to get one and install myself.

Only had the dryer for 2 months to this day and it won’t dry the clothes anymore. Best Buy does not care about their customers or the lemons that they sell to customers at full price
