This was my first set of laundry appliances, and for the price honestly I expected better. My dryer seems to have a mind of it's own and decides when it wants to "hum" or not. As far as dry time, a "normal" setting seems to get the job done on most size loads. On occasion I will have to run a load a second time.

We bought the 7500 5.0 CU FT. Samsung Washer mainly because of a little bigger tub and Powerfoam feature. The matching dryer (7500 model) was about $300 more than the step down (matching 6500 model 4.5 CU FT washer) at the time. Using the compare feature on Bestbuy.com and Samsung.com, I found only a couple needless things that made the two different (mainly Drying Rack) and both are 7.5 CU FT. So anyone looking to save a little or do like us and get the 5.0 washer for a little more (with features that make it worth value) then you are in luck. Dryer is great in general, has steam feature if you need it, and is $300 less than the 7500 model that really isn't too much more than a couple settings and a drying rack.

The dryer is larger, but the auto sensor for drying doesn't seem to work for towels and heavier clothes, like sweatpants. I routinely have to add 20 minutes to the cycle.

We were offered a 10% discount to accept a scratched dryer, but have not received the offered refund as of this date. Also we supplied our own stainless hoses for the washer, but have not received a refund for the charged item.

This review is for the workers who we paid extra for, for installation. They didn’t even try to install our dryer. First they said we needed to cut the molding around the vent so that it could fit, luckily we had a contractor on site who did that for them with no issue. Once that was done, they kept bringing up excuses as to why they still couldn’t do it even when I insisted it was ok and to go ahead. When I gave them the “OK” they then told me I need a flexivent (I ordered one with the dryer. They were literally holding it but kept telling me there was a more flexible one and they just couldn’t do it) at this point I was frustrated and let them leave. As soon as they left, my contractor me there is no such thing as another flexivent and what they had brought was it. My contractor had the dryer installed in less than 10 minutes! They just did not want to do it. We paid extra for installation for nothing. Thank god we had someone here to Help us. I’m highly disappointed. The units themselves we absolutely love

This dryer has been problems since we bought it. Within a year the dryer started having problems. Worse purchase I made. I will never by a Samsung again!

I bought the washer and dryer. I love the washer, but I still learning how to manage my dryer. The clothes are not really dry when the cycle finish it...

When stacked, you need to be over 6 feet tall to see which cycle is selected with the dial. Display angles up and is also difficult to see. Not a good choice for stacking.

Horrible experience with not one but TWO brand new of out of the box Samsung Dryers. Seems like I got two lemons. We exchanged for LG and we couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase.

We had this dryer for a year and a half and use it fairly hard. Some of the electrical components malfunctioned and required replacement.

Only lasted 3 years. Been making a noise for about 7 months then drum stopped spinning. Worse washer and dryer I have ever owned
