I purchased the set and the dryer is just okay. The clothes come out damp sometimes even after an hour and a half, and the steam function leaves the clothes very wet.

The sensor on the Dryer was not working upon delivery . I’m still waiting for a new one to be delivered. 3 weeks in.

Doesn't dry as well I would have thought. I have to run it longer than the standard settings.

Not what they claim. half the settings on the machine don’t work and when you call they claim that’s how Samsung set the machine

It works well but my only issue is with the bedding . It takes comforters and sheets and rolls into a balls in drier which is a pain .

I’ve had it for a couple months now has been working great. As I recently it’s taken longer then usual drying clothes.

On repair number 4 in less than 3 years. I would not recommend this dryer to anyone. Waste of money

Best Buy concierge service measured wrong so it wouldn’t fit in my basement. What a headache!

Stay away - It's a beautiful unit but that's about the end of quality. Like other reviewers state, this dryer takes FOREVER to dry clothes and is constantly turning off when it 'senses' dryness, however I can assure you it is nowhere near close to dry. So, we are constantly monitoring the dryer to make sure it completes the cycle. Secondly, and this appears to be an anomaly to my unit: this dryer spits out an awful lot of moisture into the vent... so much so that we have leaks from our exhaust vent which runs through our basement. No clue why this happens, however it has been so disappointing.

Maybe a small probability event, but it happened. Poor quality control. Try your luck.

Had to replace parts within 2 years of use. Easy fix but annoying

This dryer has shredded half of the clothes we own. After owning it for around six months it started snagging clothes. My family of 5 has lost sweaters, shorts, sheets, you name it! I wish it was still under warrant and we would take it back. Do not get this. Seriously, pick another dryer. All neoprene clothing has shredded including all of our work out clothes. It makes me sick how it is only a year and a half old and I am looking to replace it.

I received the dryer without feet so I can’t balance it. I also get use the pedestal because it locks onto the feet! It does dry though so that’s a plus

Actually returned this item under Geek Squad warranty in August 2020 after owning for 3 years. It started making a loud buzzing sound. When I researched this on the internet, I found youtube videos posted by owners of this model that captured the same noise. Those owners for the most part had to get the motor replaced, which apparently is not uncommon with recent model Samsung dryers. I replaced this with an LG.

This dryer is a hunk of garbage. It only lasted 1 year before getting a giant crack in the drum. In addition to this, the “sensor” would always say clothes were dry so it would turn off but when we checked the load our clothes would be soaked. Constantly telling us it was clogged but every time we’d check we would find little to no lint. I have no idea how this dryer has such good reviews.

Good dryer but broke twice within 13 months. First time under warranty, replaced drum and all support rollers. Second time, just after warranty expired, same issue. Now it is acting up again, stopping in the middle of the cycle... Would not recommend it. Purchased on August 4th, 2018

Started making Loud noise after 9 months. Not worth it.

Worked fine before the drum cracked in less than two years.

In the beginning it worked great, but then after a couple for months it stopped heating and working. It keeps breaking down and for a dryer machine that cost almost 1k and the quality is a bust— but something else. Not this.

Dryer delivered and pigtail installed did not fit outlet. Delivery person was not allowed to use my old one. Told him don’t worry I will trade out later. Tried removing new one and cannot, screw stripped. Now have to wait week for service. $700 dryer useless and piles of wet clothes.
