    Do not buy Samsung brand dryers

    This product might look sleek on the outside but it's cheaply made inside. We thought it would be one of the better products with all the high ratings and reviews but it only takes time to show its true colors. Samsung brand dryers are not meant to last. I regret buying this dryer and now have to spend $$$ repairing a bad design by Samsung. The belt breaks, the gears are cheaply made. Horrible design! And when you ask Samsung for help, they hang you out to dry. Never buying a Samsung dryer again!

    Hot...Warm Stinking Garbage

    Set a small batch of clothes in the dryer, clean the lint trap, select normal, and punch start. About 40 minutes later? Damp clothes. Every. Single. Time. The trick? Turn of that clearly untested "eco" mode. Eco because you have to run it again. If you turn it off it works like a regular dryer. The paired washer? The lock broke within a year and needed a warranty service call. Never again Samsung.

    Very disappointed

    Worst purchase ever. 3 weeks after the purchase the letters in order to choose the cycle started peeling. Called Samsung and they said they don't have any solution to that problem and that I will need to take it back to Best Buy for an exchange.

    Sheets ALWAYS become rolled into a tight ball and remain wet in the center. You have to remove and untangle at least 2 times to completely dry them. Also, the dryer broke after 2 years. Warranty is only 1 year. I'll probably get rid of it and buy another brand.

    I will never purchase another Samsung product. Of any kind. Based on my experience with this dryer, the replaced drum wheel, tension pulley, Heating Element and sustained He Error received in 4 separate repairs. The _only_ positive I can give this dryer is it's sure easy to work on. Like they expect it.

    Quit working after 2 months!

    Dryer only runs for 4 minutes, then shuts off. Service people will not work on dryer unless it is unstacked! Useless.

    Broken just after warranty expired

    We bought this dryer in May 2017. In August 2018, too late for the one-year warranty to cover it, the bearings had to be replaced. Granted it was a heavy load that did the bearing in but this dryer is supposed to be able to handle heavy loads. From here on out we have to keep the loads small as the dryer doesn’t seem to be able to handle any thing heavy. The repair man told us we should have bought a Whirlpool. He repairs a lot of Samsung appliances.
