Long overdue and now I am happy!!!!wasn't expecting to fall in love with the color as much as I did when I saw it IRL.

I bought this set for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves it and that's all that matters.

Needed a fast replacement & this does the job. With 4 kids, we average a load per day & this helps us keep up better than the prior drier (when it was working). No more instances of running clothes through a 2nd cycle to get them dry & this is much more quiet during operation compared to the last dryer. We've only had this for less than a month, so I can't speak to the longevity.

Solid so far but have only had for short time. Make sure you have proper connections for steam hookup. It comes with most things necessary for use but most will need an extra hose that Best Buy sells as well for fairly cheap.

Dries very well! Lots of options including steam. Great champagne color. Plays a nice song when it is finished! Overall solid purchase!

Definitely great looking machines. I bought the pedestals a must have I think. So far so good on performance. Haven’t tried the steam feature yet but have used most of the other settings.

Is nice and easy to used , clothes come out clean n fit enough clothes even a blanket. However is a bit to noisy I though it is sound reduce . The washer is more noisy then the dryer .

Great dryer for the price. The only thing that sucks for me is that my house is older and doesn't have a line to hook the water up. So we can't use the steamer. Still worth it!

I could not wait to get this dryer since I bought this for my daughter who loves it. I had a Kenmore washer/dryer for years and even though it still worked I wanted a change to match my utility room. I must say I was a little overwhelm with the different choices with the Samsung v/s the Kenmore. But after trying the new machine I will not return it. It dries and prem press really nice. Love the features!!!

We had looked at several models, price ranges etc. Everything was sold out b/c of the pandemic, but the salesman at Best Buy had a matching set of these. They are average. Its not like we were looking for excitement in our washer & dryer, or even anything super complicated...but these are the plain/vanilla/basic sedan set of laundry appliances. Hopefully they have durability and will last awhile, but I would have had regrets if I spent more than I did or anything close to the regular retail price. Pros: Look nice Cons: Doors; steam function isn't quite what we had thought.

Excellent machine. Great installation and service. Looks great in our laundry room and very easy to use. Our teenagers can use it easily would any guidance. Very happy with our purchase.

Energy efficient, it was easy to set up and easier to use. Very quiet and it plays me a little song when done.

Prior dryer gave out so needed replacement. Runs well and dries clothes fine. The large plastic cover on the door does not look as strong as the prior metal and glass but that remains to be seen. Will need to read manual to see how to turn off chime. Other dryer had a button for that.

the dryer you would think it would be loud but its so quiet hardly use any electric at all, and so easy to use for beginners

Looks great, fits perfectly, works great. Much quieter than our old units. I just wish there was an option to have the dryer controls lower when stacked; but what are you gonna do?

I bought this dryer in tandem with its matching washer. everything about it has met and exceeded my expectations. I can always count on Best Buy to have what I need, when I need it.
