The only negative is both washer and dryer are not quite machines, if I had known I would not purchase them. Also Best Buy installed the dryer wrong and it blows dust everywhere in the washer/dryer room. Due to cover-19 I could not ask them to come and fix the installation, but I think I will now.

Front loading washer gets clothes so much cleaner than top loading and the dryer takes no time at all to dry the load.

My king size down alternative blanket fits in there with so much space left. It dries quickly and has a large variety of dryer settings. It is also very quiet!

We have never had a problem that was not quickly and competently resolved and mostly we have not had any problem with these products, including this one. Staff at the store was helpful and even volunteered a discount that we had not expected.
