App makes it easier to taylor your cycle for the laundry instead of just thebcontrol panel on the ynit. Still have to push start on unit to het it to go but its fancy!

It is efficient and I especially love the sanitize feature . We were able to purchase it on sale. It is easy to use. Attractive machine.

The steam function is very nice and helps keep clothes fresh and wrinkle free. The dryer alerts you its done when it plays a musical jingle. The Dryer is huge and holds alot of clothing.

One complaint is it routinely stops before the clothes are dry. Not sure if it a power saving "feature", but is disappointing to hear the dryer stop and go find wet clothes. We now just use a "heavier" setting which seems to help.

Steam option is nice but I didn't realize it didn't have the "Smart" option which is something our new washer has and its great for staying on top of your laundry, especially with a large household. It's not a deal breaker and we're happy with our purchase.
