Beautiful, works great . The movers were quick and efficient.

I am very pleased with both the washer and dryer,. The Champagne color is smart looking to me. They both run fine and do great jo of cleaning me clothes. I would highly recommend these units to anyone.

The steam seems to help keep the wrinkles out of te clothes.

My first smart washer/dryer and it does what it says. App makes it easier to taylor your cycle for the laundry instead of just thebcontrol panel on the ynit. Still have to push start on unit to het it to go but its fancy!

This is a very easy to use, modern day washer/dryer. The color is amazing. I didn’t like that the pedestal was 300 a piece but definitely a must have whether short or y’all. It makes it so much easier to load/unload.

This dryer has several features & steam :) plus it matches my washer.

Quiet and cleans & drys AOK. Good looking color , Champagne. The stacking kit keeps the Dryer sitting 1-2” off the Washer. This allows for extra air flow, nice feature.

This was replaced one that was 15 years old. we probably could have repaired the old one, but just decided to replace. The previous unit was worry-free the entire time we had it and it was used a lot. I have many items made by Samsung TV's Washer/dryer, phones, tablets, I normally just replace them when I want added features

Absolutely love this Samsung washer and dryer set.. The color is amazing and this looks great in my space. It’s easy to use and I look forward to this lasting me a long time.

This dryer works great and has a large capacity. Plenty of cycles and adjustments and the steam feature is nice. The drum light (looks like probably an LED) inside the dryer doesn't seem very bright, and the drum is kind of dark gray, so it's a little dim in there. The reason I took off 1 star is that the front panel of the dryer in the area below the door is very flimsy. Someone tried to push the dryer a little farther back into it's position and that left big dents in the front panel. So be careful if you need to re-position your dryer!

I switched from a gas dryer to this new electric dryer and am very happy with it. The only change I wish I could make is more ability for the user to change the heat settings as I like to dry my cottons cooler than this machine wants to and I'd like to be able to change the song that it plays at the end of it's cycle.

We got off to a rocky start as the third-party delivery people hired for the holiday season had no clue. I had to show them how to install the pedestal drawer, and remind them about the water line (for steam) as they were about to leave. The also left the vent installed improperly. However, Best Buy made it right by resolving the issues when the washing machine was delivered a week later. And the dryer performs flawlessly. We used to spritz shirts coming out of the dryer. Now, they go straight to the closed as they are wrinkle-free. This is a great dryer.

Excellent dryer which doesn’t use a lot of electricity. The steam function is awesome to remove wrinkles. Switching between modes and adding more time is cumbersome.
