Finally a dryer that dries evenly. Oh and sings a little turn on completion of the cycle. Easy to use and stylish. Great, great buy.

Easy to use. I had older version of Samsung Dryer and I bought another Samsung since I liked my old one. I like the Champaign color too.

I really like this dryer. It has many very helpful features that make drying clothes so easy. I was not pleased with the delivery men. One of them didn't even greet me when I opened the door but barreled past me to the laundry room. He removed the new dryer from the back of the truck by himself so I worried he may have dropped the dryer when he moved it from the truck to the street. The other guy didn't offer any explanation regarding operation & it was clear that they had a 5 minute deadline to complete the delivery.

I am definitely happy with this puchase. Pros: - Very easy to use even without reading the manual - Lint filter is easy to access and clean - After selecting the mode it's simple to add more time to dry cycle - love the capacity was able to dry a queen size mattress pad Cons: - On/Off switch is not sensitive enough. I sometimes have to press it multiple times. Same for the start button - Drying a mix of materials like permanent press and heavy cotton(jeans), jeans do not dry completely. - The outside plastic door attacts dust I would have given it a 4.5 stars but rating only allows you to enter whole star.

I’ve had the machine for about a month and a half and it’s great. It dries very quickly. The normal cycle says 42 min, but with the dryer sensor it never takes that long. I am looking forward to purchasing the washer in November.
