All it needed was a new motor, but it is costly. There was a Labor day sale and I was able to get this half price. It was $200 over the cost to repair the old one. Its got a lot of bells and whistles. Which we are learning to use. I really like being able to use steam for wrinkles and germs in clothes. My Wife works in a lab being able to have a steam is a added protection for us.

Only thing is, wish we can turn off (or lower the volume) all the chimes and beeps when pressing the buttons.

I only wished the salesman would have told me I could purchase stands so that I would not have to bend down as much! Otherwise, the number of settings for drying clothes is awesome!

The only complaint I have is that the app doesn’t work with this washer due to it not being 100% smart.

You do have to let it run for 15 minutes or the items will come out of dryer wet. Again not crazy about the tune after complete cycle. Dries clothes extremely quick.
