It dries clothes really well and does not leave them wrinkled if you do not pack the washer all the way full. The steam feature works well too!

Samsung will not warranty my dryer because I purchased it online they will not accept my online receipt as proof of purchase. I called multiple times and there customer support is awful.

Great pricing, looks great but most importantly, does its job. Had it since June it’s now August, so far it’s great. The drying sensor I believe is the best feature. I no longer shrink clothes due to over drying. Easy to use. I’m sold and will purchase the matching washer as my current one will need to be replaced soon.

I can't just let it automatically finish when dry on specific fabrics because the heat setting on normal is too hot.
