It works pretty well and looks pretty, it is fairly quiet and has a cute tune to tell you the laundry is finished. However, two weeks ago it stopped heating. My clothes were still wet because they were just spinning for 30 minutes with no heat. I have gone through a few steps already to correct this, led by a Samsung associate over the phone. Those did not work so the associate said he needs to send someone to look at it. My filters have always been clean so that wasn’t the issue. My warranty expired recently, but Samsung said they would do a one time courtesy service on my appliance. They set up an appointment with their first service company, who unfortunately was booked out for a month (end of Dec 2020, and I called the first week in December) They set up a second appointment with a different service company next, to be seen ASAP. The second company did not show today, and would not answer the multiple phone calls made by myself and Samsung in the past week to confirm they are coming today. Sometimes the phone number would say it is disconnected. Upon googling the company, they are located out of Pompano Beach Florida, 4 hours from my house, so I also don’t know why Samsung would consider them, unless they have a local sector close to my home. Anyway, I still cannot use the dryer and it looks like I’m going to have to wait until the end of December 2020 to even get a rep to look at it. I appreciate the one time courtesy extended by Samsung, but I’m disappointed in the options of service reps available through Samsung. The fact that a dryer isn’t heating after a year is very shady workmanship, especially since I maintain it well. I’m writing this review as I sit on hold going back and forth with Samsung technical support who cannot provide a solution so far. I will update if this is resolved faster than a month.
