We would like to give a review after using. It works perfect and very easy, time saving.

Not as great as the matching washer. I like it, not love. With everything being backordered til who-knows-when, this was on sale AND available. Keeps up with laundry for two adults and two small children pretty easily. I wanted to stack them, but the hubby isnt on board with doing that- so they are extremely low to the ground without pedestals underneath. Perfect height if your toddler likes to help move the laundry around like mine does. Usually requires an "extra" amount of drying for full loads than the standard default setting.

We purchased this item to replace and old washer & dryer set that had taken care of business for almost 15 years. We researched a bit looking for something that had all of the functions that we needed and none of the extras we didn’t need. This unit won us over. We were planning on re-doing the laundry room so the color was another aspect that we liked. Something different than the usual black or stainless style look. To date, the unit does an excellent job handling the cleaning tasks for a household of 5. Great purchase.

This dryer has everything that my old one had minus one item. Very happy to have this dryer. Love the color.

Does it jobs but the time to dry is not reliable. It sets for however long it feels like/it takes to dry your clothes. Also I’m 5’6 and I can barely reach the controls with it stacked on the washers. Lastly shut off the alarm for when your clothes are done. It’s not an alarm it is a whole song. It drove me nuts until I figured out how to shut it off. There is an easy off button on the washer but for the dryer you have to hold one of the setting buttons for 3 seconds. Find it and do it, you’ll thank me.

Time efficient and works great no noise when it’s working. And let’s you know when it’s ready

I have already submitted. I am happy so far with the Product. I was and expressed on previous review my dissatisfaction with the whole process. We were to have our merchandise delivered one Saturday and had to wait a whole week longer due to the sales associate not completing the transaction correctly. Then when we called to try and correct situation we never get calls back. Very bad experience. The delivery guys were great.

We purchased both a washer and dryer and two pedestals . So far both machines are performing well. Hopefully they will last a couple of years .

Samsung makes such great electronics. But if I had to do it over again, I would never buy this unit. The problem is that one way they were able to fit a larger volume without making the unit taller is by making it deeper. Unfortunately, this makes it virtually impossible to thoroughly dry sheets and quilts. They end up quickly forming an oblong mass of which only the outside is dry. So, the only way to get things dry is to stop the cycle several times and shake everything out. If all your washing are clothes, then this dryer is great.

1 month in and Im loving my clean cloths! Steam is cool to help un wrinkle the cloths left in the dryer the night before.

The dryer was very easy to install. I'm not sure it was clear that the power cord would not be included. It is quiet and the new design of Lint Filter appears very effective.

Dries my clothes efficiently with some steam functions. The sounds and tones of this unit are quite pleasant to hear as well.

Appliance is great. Best buy service sucked. Dryer works well. Best Buy staff didnt.
