I have not used The steam dry option since I don’t have it connected yet. Other than that I am pleased with the dryer. Settings are easy to set and adjust. The lint trapper is different then traditional ones. You have to open the case in order to remove the lint.

My dog sleeps beside the laundry room and I no longer feel bad running the dryer overnight while he's in his bed. Not only is it quiet, the dryer is extremely efficient and has a sensor dry to keep from "overdrying" and shriveling up all our clothes and sheets. The lint and dust collector is also very interesting as it folds up and seems to catch more dust and lint than a traditional straight tray. I also have frequently used the Steam Sanitize option just to freshen up some of my clothes and remove extra wrinkles. It beats having to iron!

Shay really knew what she was doing and everything was done fast, neat and professional. It has only been a few weeks, but these machings (the washer and dryer) and both a big time improvement over our old Whirlpools. Love the dry time- we used to do 2 or even 3 cycles- now every load has been dry in one. Washer works fine- easy to use- and do far no complaints.
