It was hard to comfortably wash laundry. I exchanged it for the top load version. If getting these, definitely get a pedestal to make them taller and don’t stack them.

We had same but 10 years older model which was still perfect working condition so we trusted these ones as well. Only one mystery was this extra water connection needed for the new feature but just follow the instructions and it goes well. You will need extra ( we took praired hoses) water hose.

Great at its job, but could be better

It does have limitations in controls, such as heat settings in “normal mode” and wrinkle prevent (which requires you to enable for every dry cycle). Wrinkle prevent also seems to inhibit the end of drying jingle so you have to check it to see if it is done..which seems odd.
