The color looks really nice and the dryer dries fairly quickly

We've only had this product for about a month and it hasn't disappointed. I've tried a couple different washes and so far not too bad. I was slightly disappointed when my thick blanket came out a bit damp but I just simply ran it through another 20 minutes and it was fine. I haven't seen the electric bill yet so not sure how energy efficient this machine is.

I really like the steam function. It great to freshen your clothes.

So far, the unit works great! Takes some time to get used to the more fancy electronics that are on the newer units. Do not use the steam feature, just dry the clothes. Since it has the humidity sensing feature, will have to confirm that there are enough clothes in there so the unit does not shut itself down.

Great washer This two-in-one washer can fit loads big and small.

No issues with dryer, works great. It has an interior light that helps in seeing whats in there - our old one didn't. We bought the pedestal, and even though it is overpriced, wish we had done that 10 years ago! It really helps to get the load off the floor, and you don't have to bend over to get the clothes out anymore. Very happy with this purchase.

I hate to write bad reviews as every product fails eventually. But this dryer broke in a month. And I was still ok with it until I had to deal with Samsung customer service. We bought this dryer as it looked good and different and our last dryer was a Samsung which we had for 10 years with no issue. So, we expected a similar reliable dryer when buying this Samsung dryer. It's aesthetics are very good and the controls are easy to use till they stop functioning. So, we reached out for warranty service to Samsung as the unit was just over a month old. And that's where the bad experience started. They have a well designed website for setting up an appointment for service. We did it. And next day, we got a call from their agent. He mentioned that we had to pick another date as the website one is not an appointment. So, we did. For both the website and the agent helped appointment, I got separate emails confirming the appointment date and time. On the day of the appointment, no one turned up. On calling the Samsung NSIUSA number, I was sternly told that there is no appointment (hello ,,, I have emails and a ticket number ... but that does not matter). Anyway, I am told someone will call me after I wasted my whole morning waiting for a service person to turn up at home. If this is the service Samsung offers, then its just ridiculous. I am afraid my other appliances don't fail as we updated the whole kitchen with Samsung appliances. Absolutley disappointed with their customer service.
