Must have! Especially if your looking to save space by stacking! My most favorable part of this dryer would be the cycles, yes the steam cycle is everything the dry cleaners do! You won’t be disappointed.

I love the look of this dryer, but I am disappointed in how it works. I have a similar Samsung set in my basement and the dryer works perfectly - the only difference between the two seems to be an eco dry option that comes on automatically on certain cycles with this new machine. So far, eco dry means "still wet" at the end of the cycle. The only way to avoid eco dry seems to be to not use the normal cycle or the timed cycle. I really don't want to dry everything on the "heavy duty" cycle, but that may be the only way to get things to dry without running the clothes through a second cycle...to make matters worse, the sensor seems to think things are dry and will end the second cycle almost as soon as it begins. So, I am left with wet clothes, unsure if the sensor or the automatic eco dry "feature" is the problem.

Seems to be what we expected to replace another a Samsung dryer and this fit on our existing pedestal. The store personal and management at the Highlands store in Triadelphia are the best.

Works as expected. Weird high pitch buzz/hum though for most of each cycle.

Love, love love the refresh cycle. 15mins and your daily wear is refreshed and ready to wear in 15 mins. Has every type of cycle you would ever need. Would never own anything but a Samsung. The color is quite sharp too

If I could have gotten a gas dryer, it would’ve been my go to. This electric dryer is a ton better than my last set. With the bigger drum, I know there would be enough movement to ensure my clothes are dry.

I’ve had Samsung washers and dryers before and have never had a complaint, and that hasn’t changed. This dryer does the job, looks great doing it, and has the steam feature I was looking for. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent dryer, the steam feature is the ultimate plus, you can throw those clothes that may have been hanging for a bit right in and freshen them up and get the wrinkles out.

The dryer works great. There are a few features that are not easy to use.

Love the ligh inside the dryer helps to see what you are taking out from the dryer. Love the steam cycle to remove wrinkles from packaging on a new comforter. Super fast drying time.

Dryer does a pretty great job. Only had it a month. Sometimes I have to increase the dryness level to high from the preset so large loads aren’t slightly damp, but I’m ok with that. Cute chime at the end to let me know when the cycle is done. Overall, not very noisy.

Smoke came out of this dryer at start of our use yesterday!! It was a horribly burning rubber or tire smell that is still present in the house 24 hours later. After pressing the start button a few times, the dryer drum did not move. First came this low pitch terrifying noise, then a thick and suffocating smoke came out of back, from inside the dryer. Luckily no visible flame. Purchase of this dryer/washer pair is worse than we ever dreamed of. We thought the self-walking washer was so terrible (model WF45R6100AW/US - see my review for the washer), this dryer is horrible!! Something burns inside this machine. What the h#ck.

So far this has been a great dryer, no complaints. I really like the timer display and all of the dryer options so I can choose what I feel is best for the clothes.

Works great so far, the color actually looks more like rose gold under laundry room lights. It does appear to scratch and dent easily and shows both. Nice design on the lint trap and didn’t hookup the steam function.

Has a great dry time very rarely ever have to put anything in for a second round also has a drying sensor that will adjust time longer or shorter to help you dry with the correct amount of time.

Bought this and the washer came with installation. Shipping was fast and they setup both in about 10 mins. 6 months later No problems at all I love the colors, efficiency and am very happy.

So far after a month of owning this dryer I am not disappointed. The clothes have came out clean and without a problem. Ill have to see what long term use does, but so far I'm extremely happy.

So all I can really say about this product is it is awesome. I bought it on Black Friday and it was everything I expected. Great quality, The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because I just personally don’t think it’s an exceptional machine but it’s an awesome machine.

The dryer has plenty of drying cycle options. The color is nice in a laundry room with no windows or a laundry room that has windows because it does not darken the room and make it feel small.
