Dryer worked for a few weeks just enough to be non-returnable. It didn't dry better than ones we've had in the past, had to run it additional times and we do not over-pack. Now, I have to use my home warranty, didn't get geek squad as prior Samsung products lasted years before needing anything. Just a pretty appliance, not one that I'd recommend for the work required.

Samsung has rescheduled service three times and rescheduled today in the middle of the time they were supposed to show up. They scheduled a week later meaning my family will have been without a dryer for a month as a result. Save your time and money
