You’ve got to press harder than expected.

The noise is horrible. I called the manufacturer and the rep helped me turn some of it off. It never completely dries clothes on the preset cycles . ALL loads have to be run at a least one extra cycle on “timed dry” - This dryer takes forever and I hate doing laundry now . What should take 2-3 hours takes all day and sometimes I am still left with clothes to do.
