Had two cancelled appointments, one with no call at all the entire day, and the other called 3 hours after my appointment time to tell me he might make it down that day. And had to wait another week for the next available time. Lost a good amount of money taking 2 extra days off to get it installed. Luckily we still have our other house and can wash clothes there but if we would have sold our old house we would be out of luck for a whole month. Not great service.

Stopped drying after 10 months!

Won’t dry anymore stuck in cooling mode. Customer service said the vent needs to be cleaned and must be filled with lint, so we had to take it apart and clean it like they suggested but there was no lint!!! Let me mind you it was only after 10 months of washes no way that could’ve been the issue but we had to make sure and do our due diligence. That wasn’t the problem and customer service had no idea what to say about what could be the issue with it. Finally got a resolution to have it resolved with a replacement because I’m in love with the color and hopeful that it was just a bad batch! Hopefully our replacement doesn’t run into this same issue otherwise I will definitely be following up with another review and a furious update!
