I’m SO happy with this purchase! We had those older white washer and dryer sets that while it worked, I knew we needed newer ones. It was t until one of them broke that we decided on getting new ones. My mom was very hesitant about these but with the deals we got, I convinced her to go for it. I’m so glad I pushed her because she loves her new washer and dryer! It even came in this pretty pink/champagne color which is a nice touch in detail. It’s so silent you can’t even tell it’s on, which is a plus because I hated hearing the noise from the last ones we had. Overall this was a great purchase!

I bought this unit to replace an old whirlpool dryer which stopped working. I've noticed the steam function and wanted to use it. This unit is the lowest price with steam function. Have not use the steam function, but it dries clothes as my old one. I like the ability to change the door. It's a good idea and good design. However, the exhaust is low. You need the pedestal to make it easier to connect the exhaust to the wall vent.

Easy to set up. Works really well. Never had steam before so learning when it will be useful. Lint collector does worry me that it will hold up over time as you have to open it each time. Would buy again.

Dryer is bright white which was expected. Washer did not match. Dryer excellent drying cycles in short period of time. Large bin. Many drying options. Would recommend the dryer, however disappointed in the the "matching" washer which was an off white/cream color in comparison to the dryer.

Pretty color. Easy to use. I haven't tried the steam setting and doubt I will, but everything works as it should. Appliances are expensive but compared to other similar dryers it is a fair price.

Our two sons are heavily involved in sports, so we do LOTS of laundry. So far, its holding up well and doing its job efficiently and quietly. I love that the controls are in the front because it gives me a flat surface to fold clothes.

Sold my older Samsung dryer and replaced with this. Clothes are dried quickly, machine is quite. Only complaint is the annoyingly long end of cycle chime, however that is easily turned off. Installation was easy as well. Purchased the steam variety bc it was on sale for only $20 more.

This is my second Samsung washer and as always with Samsung products I’m very happy with my purchase. The machine has a number of cycles that provide the flexibility we need at home and is large and strong enough for the big volume of clothes we dry.

This dryer does great work but you will need to mess with the settings to find out which works best for you. We have the matching washer/ dryer combo and like them a lot. Our configuration of the washer on the right and dryer on the left is troublesome because the doors open against each other, however, you can switch the side the dryer door opens from - this still did not work for us because of the limited space we have to work with in our laundry room. The only thing I can say that I am not a fan of, and the reason I gave this four stars, is the lint trap. It was great at first because it folds out and makes it easy to peel the lint out, but if anything gets caked on there it becomes a nuisance to get it clean - we are working to try and fix that, but haven't had much luck yet. Outside of that though it is a great unit and the steam "Refresh" option is awesome if you forget to pull the clothes out immediately. We got these around Black Friday and got a steal on the combo, but they are still reasonably priced compared to other similar units from different brands. We have had Samsung washer/ dryer units for the past 8 years and would highly recommend them - the only reason we had to replace the old set was that we sold to the people we sold our old house to!

Dries quickly and throughly. Easy to operate. Happy with purchase

Great dryer. Lots of options. Plays a pleasant tune when the load is done. Not to loud. Did not hook up the steam drying in case you wanted to know.

Needed to replace a dryer for my elderly mother and needed a fryer with non-confusing controls. This one had relatively easy control panel and she is able to use it. her only issue is the preset dry level is not quite as dry as she wants and needs to bump up the dryness level a notch.

So far so good. I LOVE the color and it’s very easy to use. My clothes come out smelling good. Unlike my last dryer, that seemed to take that good smell away. However I picked the time between 12 and 6 pm for it to be installed on a Saturday. The delivery driver calls me at 8:45 am and tells me that he will be at my home in 30-45 min. Almost 3 hours ahead of the window and we were not at home. I inconvenienced him by not being home before my preselected timeframe so he didn’t deliver and I had to go 4 more days with a family of 6 in a new home and no washer and dryer. What’s the point of picking a timeframe if drivers can come whenever they won’t and not even deliver your merchandise???
