Dont buy a Samsung

First the dryer wasn’t drying completely and had it replaced. Three days after the dryer was replaced, the washer failed. Returned both to Best Buy.

In comparison to my former (much older) dryer I can state the following: the settings are long and my clothes come out wrinkled; especially if I don’t remember to click “wrinkle guard.”

Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Depending on the load size and temperature setting. One of the ways it does this is by beginning the cycle without using heat. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please click the link below.
