    It looks nice, but when I use it , It will get off balance and make a thudding sound, sometimes shaking the whole house. It isn't over loaded but maybe not sitting correctly on the top of the washer.

    Never buy open box item

    Open Box Item at Best Buy used to work out. This dryer's drum was banging so hard the side actually moved. It was alot more than vibration. This item should not have been placed back on showroom floor. Will be returning. Samsung warranty actually has no value in this case

    Broken part after three weeks

    Drum stopped working three weeks in. Best they could do to send service was over 1 week - on a BRAND new dryer. We were able to open it up ourselves and found the wheel that holds the belt was broken. Given the rest of the wheel was nowhere to be found, we believe it was broken from the start and just took a bit of use for the belt to fall off. Ended up replacing the part ourselves. Very disappointed that it broke three weeks in, and even more disappointed in the horrible customer service from Samsung.

    You get 3 stars only because the service is always very good. We can not give feed back on something that we don’t have yet and is taking 6 weeks to get in. Maybe the store could’ve offered us the next one up at the same price to get it quicker

    Expected more from Samsung. It stops even when some items are still damp. Are the sensors not picking that up. It makes a clicking noise. I wish I could return both the washer and dryer. The pedestals are crappy also.

    I have bought & been faithful to Best Buy for really all our home & electronic purchases. This one was rough. The sales guy at Best Buy ordered two washers vs a washer & a dryer, and it took nearly a month to deliver on Best Buy’s side. Plus when installing, they left the dryer in its packaging/tape. Product itself is fine now, but wow; I’ve had some wet clothes.

    Esthetically it's a very nice dryer, mechanically and unfortunately it takes a couple cycles to dry larger loads and bedding.

    It’s great, satisfied with the product but only issue was bestbuy cancelled my delivery repeatedly and forced me to call them repeatedly to get it delivered. Really unexpected this from Bestbuy!!

    Not impressed. Wish I had paid more and gotten a better brand. It doesn't dry unless you turn off the ecobosst everytime - and sometimes i have to run it twice to dry. This is compared to my prior dryer that was 10+ years old. That one was much faster at drying, had all the cycles - got rid o it cause the baring was wearing out. The steam function doesn't get wrinkles out of clothes, so no use there. Getting a GE

    Difficult to get leveled and takes quite a bit of time to dry. Rather noisy as well. Does not seem as well made as the Whirlpool we had prior.

    Nice but not working

    The dryer has not been drying our clothes and taking a really long time. We did a test on it and it told us we had a clog. We cleaned out our vents and it still is telling us there is a clog. We need to have somebody check it out but I have been having trouble getting a representative from Samsung to help on their website. I can't give an honest review of the dryer since it hasn't been working correctly and we also don't have the steam hooked up to it.
