Horrible

Not a fan :(

Not one time since I've had the dryer has it not rolled up in a ball while drying and not completely drying. It takes 3 tries of unrolling the bedspread (even separately drying sheets & have the same issue) and putting back in the dryer and the bedspread is still not dry.

Overall good product.

However the customer service sort of sucked. They didn’t know much about the appliances or the sales that were currently being offered.

Doesn’t dry well for us

Run away

Took 2 weeks to get a service appointment... then no show on the day of the appointment, rescheduled. Second appointment scheduled from 1-5, showed up at 7. Immediately told me that I needed to reschedule as the washer and dryer were stacked and it was a two person job..... reminded them that when setting the appointment the box was checked saying it was stacked. So I helped move it...Samsung had shipped the parts... guess what - wrong parts, have to order more. New parts come after another week, once again Samsung was told it was stacked, once again they send one person. At this point - 3 weeks with no dryer, I help him move it, again. Guess what..... wrong parts again, reschedule another week..... run, don't walk away. Did I mention it is only about 6 months old?

Bad Customer Service

It took 3 times to install them correctly and undamaged. The first installers damaged the dryer at installation. The second installers "no showed" by taking a picture of my house but not coming to the door. Third installation also dented the dryer, but then required a fourth installation when I discovered the dryer did not work properly. The fourth installers were actually great. Thanks Joseph! The final rub was the fact that they changed their rewards points program. If you choose deferred financing over standard financing, you receive NO rewards points for a pretty hefty purchase.

broke in less than two months

I wish Samsung would take my warranty for missing parts seriously and not promise me 10 days delivery when it has yet to been processed. Great unit but I can't use it without the parts and I'm not willing to go out and purchase the additional parts. I'll update if I get the parts but for now

Doesn’t Dry!

It takes 30% longer to dry items than my last dryer. I really wish I would not have tried trading up because this fancy new dryer doesn’t even work well! I should have stuck to my older dryer or maybe go for an LG. I definitely would not recommend.

Buyers Beware

My washer and dryer was delivered on Dec 13th. After a couple uses it started cutting off after 5 minutes of being turned on. I called Best Buy. The customer service agent was phenomenal. I was still within the timeframe to return. A couple days later, best buy picked up the dryer and delivered a new one. The new one does the exact same thing. Its turns off 5-6 minutes after being programmed to a normal cycle that's supposed to last 42 minutes. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
