Don’t waste your money

I’ve only had this 2 years with use about 2-3 out the week. We don’t overload it and keep it clean now today not even a full 2 years and the dryer isn’t working. Finally looked into warranty guess what Samsung only have warranty on parts and labor for 1 year wanna know why because they know by year 2-3 your appliance will stop working. Should have just repurchased frigidaire dryer like I had before they offer a 3 year warranty on their appliances and I purchased that frigidaire dryer in 2012 had one issue from 2012 to 2019 heating element went out and we thought we upgraded when we purchased this set but nope complete junk!

New dryer - Stops after 2-5 mins

This dryer stops after ever 2-5 mins. I called Samsung service and they told to put in "Time Dry" mode instead of "Normal". I tried that also, but the result is the same. Samsung created a ticket (5/29/20) and the repair guys will come only on 6/3/20. We have wet clothes (both in dryer and washer) and it looks like it will all get damaged. This product got issues in the first attempt. I don't recommend this product to anyone.

Bad bad day

This is a brand new machine and it is not producing heat! On top of this not everything was delivered with my dryer and I only happened to notice after calling back for the 3rd time. Very disappointed and will change reviews if hopefully solved ASAP as now I have been delayed another 3 days after having to reschedule last friday. **Delivery Gentlemen were awesome, no complaints. They came from a 3rd party. This poor review is all on BestBuy for not checking over products to make sure they work properly and making sure everything is with the Delivery.

We understand that your dryer is not working properly.
Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long.
Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash/dry to get the best results. Both heavy and light items can overload your washing machine and dryer. In addition to reducing the cleaning performance, overloading your washing machine or dryer can cause other problems. Thus, you'll need to add clothes and other items in the best way possible. It didnt come with the steam hose that lets me utilize the Steam Cycle. I think they should include it,but it wasnt.

AM REALLY UPSET RIGHT NOW.
