Last just over one year before motor blew out

According to Samsungs site reviews on this machine, these in fact blow out frequent. I'd never buy a single samsung appliance again. $500-$700 to repair as a single mother, thanks!

Broke down after 1 year

It won't turn off even if it's powered off. It's obviously a prevelant issue with Samsung after Googling solutions. I would not recommend Samsung.

Beware

It was a $300 repair. I like the way this dryer looks but beware. I'm not a big fan of extended warranties but consider it if you are going to buy this specific product.

Scratch and Dent?

The washer didn't come with any hoses to connect; while the dryer is even worse, it didn't come with a power cord. what a shame for this brand.

Good til it breaks

Very bad experience

I raised my complaint to Samsung and they mentioned that they will send a service engineer to fix it. 10days passed no one showed up. I’m very unhappy ☹️

worst best buy ever

Lousy Company!

Keeps spinning

Needs new motor, just over a year old
