I brought it in open box condition, but it works very well.

This Samsung dryer replaced our ~25 years old G.E. Hotpoint dryer. It works well with many neat settings for different drying options. I'm most happy about the fact that I can now throw in our extra cushiony king-size blanket and dry it at home instead of having to use a laundromat. I'm hoping for a long life out of this dryer.

Love the dryer but the customer service sucks I purchase the dryer 7/25/16 and I wanted the door to open right to left and when it got here it opens from left to right and untill now I've been calling to get some I e here to fix it and no one has call me to set an appointment.I'm very mad

It works great, great buy. It is simple, and functional.

It took a while to master the combination of settings needed for satisfactory drying of our typical wash loads. However, once we got it down, the dryer works well. The lint filter is a little hard to work with but again once you figure it out all is good. We did buy the five year extended warranty through Best Buy just in case the few reviews that cited problems a yr or two down the road prove true. We had purchased a comparable Maytag that didn’t work at all and had to be returned within a day of purchase. All in all very happy with the Samsung!

this is so easy to use and has so many options to choose from. very quick drying. no extra long cycles I highly reccommend this

First time buyer of anything by Samsung. Great dryer with fantastic features. If you buy a base model from one of the "traditional" companies you will never know what you are missing. Also, delivery was smooth and on time. Best Buy is now my go to store for any future major appliance purchases.

This dryer is unbelievably fast! Very efficient. I have no complaints about it at all. So glad I went with gas.

So far so good, it's quiet, the LED light inside the drum is a cool feature, and it dries our clothes very quickly.

with the price, ir works pretty good, one issue I have is that when I try to dry a queen size comforter, it only dry the outside and stop. I think it is due to the size overload that it detect the outside is dry and stop the dryer. other than that, it works great

This dryer has a nice large size drum. I love the light inside so you don't miss any hiding socks. It dries very quickly and is quiet.

Very happy with this dryer. It is quiet and the clothes dry well. Also the lint collecting part is easy to reach.

I like this dryer..It fits on top of the Samsung washer that I purchased at the same time..It even plays a musical tune when done which I like better than a harsh buzzer sound that my former dryer used to notify me when it was done drying.
