The install went perfect and before original appointment. The installer switched the front door from opening to the right to opening to the left. My only disappointment is that the dryer has a white door rim, but my (matching ) Samsung washing machine has a chrome door rim. The only matching gas dryer with a chrome rim is an upgrade to one with a steam feature, which I would not use. It bothers me every time I go into the laundry room.

Not as good as I thought

We have had to dry things multiple times to get them DRY. Does not seem to matter the size of the load. Rather disappointed. It is still better than nothing. It does do a nice job on wrinkle free setting for the quick warm up inn the morning for work clothes.

Sometimes it doesn't dry things as well as I would like - gets balled up (even with wool dryer balls in there). Not terrible as I run it again, but also not fantastic. Other than that, pleased. It is worth nothing that if you stack this, it makes it very hard to read the options as they are on the top. And I am tall.
