No fault of the installers but getting a part that was required was ridiculous. Finally got it straightened out, but not good communication between the store and installers.

Ft. 9-Cycle Gas Dryer - White is a good quality dryer. It gets the job done and the price was a fair one. The timely delivery of the Samsung - 7.5 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle Gas Dryer - White by Best Buy was very nice.

But in spite of everything I found them, I changed them and there it was working super perfect.

So far no problems after 2 weeks of use

It works as probably as good as any other brand. Time will tell over the years as to how good this machine really is
