recently purchased Samsung washer and dryer set. first they had a great sale on them. no issues with the delivery and set up. the machines are very easy to use. very pleased.

Excellent product so far. I was hesitant to buy a Samsung and not a brand with more history in washers and dryers but so far so good and no complaints.

The dryer dries good but it does not have a delay start setting which would be helpful for time of day electricity usage.

Good buy , a nice price works good efficient and an affordable piece for family

We have so far been pleased with the dryer. We sometimes hv to run the drier for a 2nd cycle but overall it has worked fine.

Love the dryer but it only can be vented from the back or the left side of the machine. We needed the right side, but made it work.

Replaced my old dryer with this one and its great, it senses when clothes are dry and turns off on its own which saves me money. Great purchase.

Save some energy because it has a humidity sensor so I love that feature it does not use any more energy than I actually needs to.

I love how quiet it runs and also all the difference settings this unit has! Plus it doesn't buzz when a load is done, instead it plays a song :)

All is well with the washer and dryer. Although there was a delay in me getting the dryer, it was finally resolved, to my satisfaction.

Good drier, but costs will add up if planning to re-direct heated outflow from the back in an upward direction.

Best feature is the garage doesn't get hot while running. Wife can do laundry while a do my thing. Everybody happy.

We bought the identical washer counterpart. Stacked them, install was easy. Just make sure to know which gas line you need for hookup.

The dryer works really well and signal the end with a song. A little larger than the basic model so good for a small family.

I got a great deal on this product. It got all the features that you need and you definitely get your money’s worth.

It is very quiet and a lot of drying options but moisture sensing could be better at times blanket is not completely dry.

the delivery person and installer came three hours late, came into my house measured my door to the basement and told us that the dryer will not fit the entrance, the dryer was never taken out of the delivery truck, and on top of that after going to the store twice to cancel the order and called several times without any response we have not received our credit yet. We are very unhappy with Best Buy performance.

Amazing dryer, it’s huge so can easily tackle large loads. Sensor dry saves time and energy. Highly recommended!

Would have been better for controls to be lower so when stacking easy to touch controls
