Won’t get hot. Doesn’t dry clothes !

If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could be a blocked vent.

HORRIBLE DEAL

Barely two years after I purchased this dryer, it stopped working, When my wife looked inside the drum, she realized that the inner lining of the drum was peeling off and exposing the metal interior which reaped off clothes when they got stuck in the exposed metal rim. It has been two months that we have tried to get Geek Squad to honor the 5 year extended warranty that we took on the product and we have had the run around with excuses that there are no parts or wrong parts were shipped, and no one calling us back. In the meantime, my wife has spent more than $300 taking garments to the laundromat to get cleaned. After much frustration and repeated calling, a repair person from A&E came into our home today to start the inspection process all over again. In addition to the losses we have incurred from purchasing this dryer, we were told that we have to pay for a technician to come in and unstack the stackable dryer before it can be repaired while the part was being ordered. I am a Best Buy Elite customer and never imagined that there will come a day that I would swear to never buy a product from Best Buy again, especially with a Geek Squad warranty which I always purchase for all the appliances that I buy from Best Buy. But I have had it! As for Samsung, they had no business getting into home appliances. I realize that Best Buy has discontinued to sell their Washing Machines or Dryers. I wish this had happened before I wasted my money on this dryer.
