    Had the dryer less than a month and started making noises like there was road construction in my laundry room. Bought the extended warranty but still waiting for them to get back to me. What a pain.

    It seems that our family has gone through quit a few dryers. This time we are trying a Samsung. We hope this brand lasts a long time.

    Most importantly..... it drys everything quickly and that's what we needed. So far I have used 3 of the 11 settings and it does make things easier. 11 cycles is overkill, probably will use maybe 4, but no-harm no-foul. Anti-static setting is really good especially as it gets colder in the North East and anti wrinkle with steam works well especially when your'e in a rush, throw it in and a few minutes later pull it out pretty much wrinkle free. It's quiet and easy to use. One drawback is that when you open the door clothes fall out based on the position of the drum, not major but worth pointing out.

    The cloths all ball up and don't dry too well. Also if you put just one item in it won't run

    Is this a dryer?

    For some reason it takes forever to dry clothes in this thing. I thought it would be faster but after running the dryer for over an hour the clothes are still damp. It takes two cycles to dry the clothes. Even then they are still slightly damp. I spent a lot of money on a dryer that doesn’t dry.

    I just heard that Best Buy is no longer contributing to the Republican Party and any campaign members that stood up for the review of Electoral College votes. Those members and the President stood up for the Constitution, for our republic while the state officials broke laws and made a mockery of our Constitution. Unless you are blind you have seen that this election was blatantly stolen. I remind you that capitalism made your corporation what it is and afforded you the life style that you have. Your statements and actions are Anti American and borders on treasonous behavior and I, one of many, will no longer buy from you. And guess what? 74,000,000 people at least feel the same.

    Had to come back and leave a review for this dryer after using it for exactly 2 years. The dryer would not stop spinning even with the power button OFF. I read forums and reviews and it seems this is a very common problem for this dryer and other samsung dryers. Since it is out of warranty the only option is to find a dryer technician or have Samsung recommend one but it is going to cost $ for them to come out and more $$ to fix the problem. Wish I had gone with a different brand that didn't have this problem. Since it is happening so much they should have recalled this product.

    This dryer has a nice look but that's about it. We've had ours less than 3 years and have had several repairs done. Not well made. Samsung should stick to TVs/phones.

    Would not buy again

    Three years in and after what i would describe as normal amount of usage for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, my Samsung gas dryer is already malfunctioning. I'm being told that the idler pulley has gone bad and that the part itself was of poor quality to begin with. Very disappointed because Samsung makes such great televisions and phones (i own both), therefore I was confident when i purchased my Samsung washer/dryer that I was getting products that were of superior quality. Now I must decide if worth costly repair or should just replace with another brand.

    Run, don't walk, away from Samsung!!!!

    Less than 2 years old and belt went bad. Received estimate of $290 to fix (paid $729.45 all in for original purchase , including installation kit). That is ridiculous (repair company has excellent reviews). What happened to our parents' products that would last for years and years without an issue? My repair company warned me to stay away from Samsung. Live and learn.

    Clothes damp after 3.5 hrs on high heat!

    Ive owned this dryer for almost a year now and let me tell you, it’s a piece of crap. Never dried properly. I’ve tried everything from keeping the lint trap clean, cleaning out my dryer vents often to timed dry instead of sensor dry option. Clothes never dry. I literally had the dryer on high for 3.5 hours and clothes were still damp. My clothes always smell of mold. It is disgusting. The dryer appears to work perfectly With respect to functionality But just doesn’t dry no matter what.

    This dryer is awful. I’ve had it for a year and wish I could return it. It takes all day to dry two blankets. I have to start it over and over again. It doesn’t dry and I end up hanging up most of my clothes out of the washer. I really wish I could return this dryer it is so horrible. Please do not buy it. It was so expensive and I can’t believe I was duped.

    Loud; Low Heat

    This machine had a squeak from day 1 which has been getting louder and more annoying each week. Additionally, it fails to get very hot. I had a repair service come to check on the gas and vent lines however, despite both being fine it can take 2+ hours to dry some loads, on it's hottest setting. Wish I could return!
