Even though, pedestals put the machine at a perfect height, I don't mind bending down a little further. If they were free, or not so expensive, I would've purchased one. Don't understand why they just don't come with the machine. I like how the light automatically turns on when door is opened.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I tried to run my first load and the washer flooded the floor below. Samsung told me that their warranties are null and void if you hook the machines up yourself. You must be licensed by Samsung to hook up their machines. Luckily, Best Buy stood up and replaced the machine so it’s not flooding- but now the door on the second machines don’t latch properly so either I’m going to have to figure out how to fix myself or have Best Buy bring a third set. These machines are sooooo not worth the trouble. They’re a week and a half old now.... And btw: when they swapped them out they just delivered them, I had to install and get them moved into the closet by myself a second time.
