My first one was quite noisy, but otherwise I liked it. I just moved and needed to by a washer and dryer. This front-load has all the good features of my last one, but is so quiet! I'm glad I tried front-load one more time!

At times it doesn’t dry all the way, but change the setting and it dries completely. I think it just thinks it’s dry at times. But great all around! Does great with towels and bedding!

I've only ever used old school washers and this thing is amazing. I love how simple it is to load and clean clothes. I also love the sleek look and matching dryer. The dryer gets super hot and drys clothes faster than the previous dryer that i had. Only down side is the long chime after eachload is complete.

It was installed by hardworking staff and very professional with their work. It works very well and we have no complain so far at this stage.

Starting to wish we had stayed with LG. The clothes come out piping hot even if you choose a cold cycle. Can't figure that out. While the spin cycle is quiet, it's quite excessive. Don't stack anything on top because it will throw it to the floor. Machine is level so I'm guessing based on other reviews that this is just this washers thing. I really wish we could return this and get something else. I think I got used to the LG's numerous choices.
