Great washer and dryer set and price. Ordered online and when it came in only tookwbout 15 minutes to pick up.

A really good replacement for a really old good dryer. Dries as expected. Hopefully lasts for a long time.

When I first tried to buy a dryer, the biggest advantage was that it was very cheap. However, when I received the dryer and installed it, I found out that no parts such as electric cables, plugs, bands, etc. were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying a more expensive hair dryer. In particular, for electricity, I had to ask a technician to do it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to install it. This was a very inconvenient task that cost a lot of money and took a lot of time. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.

My prior unit was from Whirlpool that's bearly 2 years old but takes 4-5 cycles with 70 minutes in each cycle to dry a medium-size load. This one can dry a full load in one cycle, very nice, and also have many options to customize your cycles.

This is a good machine to have in your hause. It was a good purchase.

My brother has one and had it for a several years.. So when our 1yr old Whirlpool from Menards died and SquareTurd (squaretrade) tried to fix it 5 times, i was done.. Way Done!!This Samsung gets clothes clean....

My old LG had handle points on side. This one doesn't. And it is heavy. As a result it was a struggle to get into the pan. Warning there are sharp metal screws pointing down and if you try to lift underneath they will slice your finger. I know. Blood everywhere plus a visit to the doctor for closing the wound (my finger prints will never be the same). My old LG had a nice plastic cover on bottom so this would never be a problem. Otherwise it is a nice system; Washes the clothes just fine. Only complaint is there is no prewash drawer to add Borax - this is important with 3 hockey players gear. Just plan the installation carefully if you are doing it yourself because the wait for installation is so long from Best Buy.

Love this washing machine! You can customize wash cycles. Spin cycle really gets clothes almost dry so drying time takes way less. Would recommend and especially with the sale price.

I absolutely love this washing machine. This is the second Samsung washer I have purchased and the first that I bought years ago is still working great at my last house I lived in.

The Washer is great so far. I recommend this 100% if you are looking for a quality washer on a budget.

Works great. Silent running, clothes are very clean. Able to change presettings for the type of clothes I am washing. Plays a musical tune which can be annoying but has not been yet. Bought it for $599 which I thought was a good value.
