When I was looking for dryer I was looking for conventional top load because everyone complain about clothes falling to the floor with front load. But it’s a good quality of dryer with a lot of spaces.

I don’t have much laundry, so the amount in each use is small. The dryer is very quiet, but I may have to research how to change the completion chime as it continues for an extended duration

Even handles large blankets and loads of towels with ease. My favorite feature is the very large and easy to remove/clean the lint trap!

The only difference between this one and our old one was they did not have the steam & sanitize features. Ours are kept in our garage, so they kept in a very hot area. Since ours is a front loader, we keep the door open. We clean the filter regularly, which on the Samsung washers, it is easily accessible. We love they are stackable, which helps save space in our garage.

I washed a load and had severe vibrations during the spin cycle. It was only when I went to troubleshooting, noise and vibration, clicked on a QR code and watched a video that I became aware of the shipping bolts. This is unsatisfactory and should certainlyset up instructions are inadequate. be rectified. Put a tag on the bolts that says REMOVE.

They made it look simple. He installed it in what seemed like 5 minutes. He cautioned the use of dryer sheets and said not to use them. The dryer works great.
